Terms of service

Taxi Akatemia is an independent examination-preparation service. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated on behalf of Traficom or any Finnish authority. Passing a mock examination on this platform does not guarantee passing the official examination.

Paid access and renewals

Paid learner packages unlock the digital course, practice modes, mock examinations and readiness tracking for the selected access period. Packages are sold as one-time access by default. You may actively choose auto-renewal before checkout; if you do, the package renews at the same price and interval until you cancel it.

Auto-renewing subscriptions can be managed from the Subscription page. If you cancel a renewal, your access continues until the end of the current paid billing period and no further renewal charge is taken unless you subscribe again.

Immediate digital access

Before paid checkout, you must expressly request that Taxi Akatemia begins providing the digital course immediately after payment. You must also acknowledge that, once access begins, you lose your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for this digital service. This does not limit any mandatory consumer rights that apply if the service is defective or not delivered.
